Your merchant application asks for the following documents. Select the files that apply to your business. Bank statements are requested as part of the initial application. For businesses without previous card processing, processing statements are not applicable.

Document collection is currently staged while confidential upload controls are being finalized. Your application can be prepared now; do not email bank statements.

Accepted formats: PDF, PNG or JPG (8 MB per file). Once activated, documents are kept in a private merchant vault and can only be accessed by authenticated applicant and authorized underwriting reviewers.
